This San Diego Sport League is perfect for those who are sick of the “too competitive” kickball games, or those who are new to SD and need to meet some new people. Or you can sign up with a full team of your buddies and have a great excuse to all hang out together in the middle of the week. Why wait until the weekend? Playing all of these games is almost too easy! Bocce ball is just throwing a big ball at a small ball. Horseshoes is just flinging that shoe at a metal stick. Every one of these games involves throwing one thing at another thing. This league is a co-ed rec league and you must be 21+ if you want to join. San Diego rec league awesomeness. Sign up soon, come on out. First you play, then you head to the bar!
This league is perfect for all the neighborhoods in San Diego. You may have a little commute but it will be worth it once you start hanging out at Kate Sessions once a week.

Bocce League in San Diego
by thedayofgames on Mar.24, 2010, under Uncategorized
Is this a search for an awesome San Diego Bocce Ball League? Lucky you. I have the answer. Google brought you here. Congrats. If you want to play bocce with other your people in a rec league setting — you should join the DogDaze Leisure Sports League. This rec league is for 20 and 30 Somethings and is currently in its 2nd year. Last year the bocce games were played in Pacific Beach on the sands on Law Street – overlooking the pacific ocean and the sunset… but this year the venue will likely be moving to Kate O Sessions. Although there will be no beach bocce sunset play, there is now the fun of playing bocce on grass. So the DogDaze leagues aren;t exactly just a bocce league, they include Bocce, Horseshoes, Cornhole, Ladder Toss, and a bunch of games that generally involve throwing things at other things. This is truly the best setting to relax after work. This is an alternative to the VAVI Sports League that you were in last year. Its not competitive kickball. Its just a bunch of people, hanging out, having a good time, and then all going out to a bar together. Happy hours in San Diego are always a good time.
This sound good to you? Check out – Dogdaze Leisure Sports Leagues.

If you enjoy OTL in San Diego then you are the kind of person who will enjoy the SD bocce league. Meet new people in town, make new friends, have fun with your current group of buddies. The Dogdaze games are so simple – EVERYONE CAN PLAY THEM.
This is also a pretty cheap rec league in San Diego. For under $50 bucks you get to leave the house and enjoy your time after work!
California Cornhole – its coming to the west coast!
by thedayofgames on Nov.21, 2009, under Products, Uncategorized
Just finished meeting with folks all over California from San Diego, through Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and all the way up to San Francisco. One thing was made crystal clear. CORNHOLE has arrived in California! All the leisure sports gear I have shown people has received great feedback, but Cornhole in particular has received the greatest amount of love. Of all the tossing games that are popular at tailgates. This tailgate game is the one that everyone enjoys. I have heard about Cornhole tournaments, Cornhole leagues, and people that have visited “make your own cornhole” websites and even made their own. Cornhole boards are simply made of plywood and the bags are made from duck cloth. So it isn’t too hard to make it yourself… but I like to leave it to the professionals. If you are new to the sport, its time to buy your own cornhole boards today. See you out there.
